This is a gentle introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion for those who would like to learn about the official 8 week programme in a friendly and welcoming environment.
During the session you will experience:
A brief introductory meditation
A brief explanation of the components Mindful Self-Compassion
An experiential exercise taken from the programme to deepen your understanding
An outline of the official 8 week course, with logistics.
An open and supportive space to ask questions and discover if now is the right time for you to embark on the training.
