As a graduate of Mindful Self-Compassion, you are warmly invited to come together with other like-minded, committed hearts, to deepen your understanding of yourself and your self-compassion practice.
When you join Keeping Your Practice Alive, KYPA, you will be making a commitment for 2023 to meet once a month for two hours. You will have the opportunity to investigate topics that affect your practice in everyday life. We examine everything from resistance to core values and of course the magic of gratitude and self-appreciation!
This monthly series endeavours to support you with a light yet deep touch as you circumnavigate your way through the ups and downs of being human and all the messy bits we can so easily get tangled up in. It is designed to support all those who have successfully completed the official Mindful Self-Compassion training (8 session, 5 day or 10 session formats.)
Registration opens in December 2023 for a January 2023 start. This is not a ‘drop-in’ provision. This programme is for the entire year, helping you keep your MSC practice vibrant and alive. This way our group grows together and builds a bond that drop-in sessions cannot create.
