This 8-week course is designed for adolescents ages 12 – 19 years of age. The purpose is to help adolescents befriend themselves, notice and learn skills that can address anxiety, depression, stress, and the inner critic. Each class has activities, exercises, meditations, videos, discussions, and much more. This course is based on the Mindful Self-Compassion course designed by Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer.
