We’ll share the afternoon together learning how to manage emotions and shift toward a compassionate response that feels supportive, strong, and wise. Using the power of the group we’ll learn to see our common humanity in any life situation. Come and feel revitalized by connecting more authentically to your inner compassionate voice through meditations, discussion, writing and experiential exercises.
