This Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion (SC-MSC) is a 6-week live, online adaptation of the empirically-supported Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program, designed to support the cultivation of self-compassion. Join us to start building your own self-compassion toolkit to thrive in today’s challenging environment!

SC-MSC was developed by Kristin Neff, PhD, the pioneering researcher in the field of self-compassion, and Christopher Germer, PhD, a leader in the integration of mindfulness, compassion, and psychotherapy.

In this course you’ll learn:

how to stop being so hard on yourself

how to handle difficult emotions with greater ease

how to motivate yourself with encouragement rather than criticism

mindfulness and self-compassion practices for home and everyday life

the theory and research behind mindful self-compassion
