Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically supported 8-week program based on the ground breaking research of Dr. Kristin Neff at the University of Texas at Austin and clinical expertise of Dr. Chris Germer at Harvard Medical School. MSC offers skills and practices to respond to life’s difficulties with greater kindness, connection and understanding.
This course will be held on alternate Monday evenings beginning Aug. 31st from 6:00 – 8:30 central time. So, even though there are 8 classes, it will take 16 weeks to get through the class meeting every other Monday evening.
At this time it is scheduled to be an online course. If conditions of the pandemic change the class may move to live classes if all attendees are in the Dallas area.
