Mindful Self-Compassion 8-day Live Online Training
Eight Days, 1:30-4:30pm CT – June 21 thru June 30, 2021 (weekdays only)
In this experiential course you will learn to:
Practice mindfulness and self-compassion in daily life
Handle difficult emotions with greater ease
Motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism
Learn to care for yourself while you care for others, reducing caregiver fatigue

Numerous research studies show that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional wellbeing, coping with life challenges, lower levels of anxiety and depression, healthier lifestyle choices, and more satisfying personal relationships.
This 8-day course will be taught by certified MSC teacher Jamie Lynn Tatera and Barbara Moser, MD.
