Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically supported 8-week program. MSC offers skills and practices to respond to life’s difficulties with greater kindness, connection and understanding. The group setting allows for additional learning from others.
This course will be held on Monday evenings beginning Jan. 10, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:30 central time. At this time it is scheduled to be an in-person course. The location information will be provided as soon as I have it confirmed.
