Mindful Self-Compassion – 8 Week Course ONLINE - mHub South Africa

A course for Rwandan and Kenyan Health Counselors who support vulnerable individuals and communities during COVID-19 pandemic,
taught by Mirjam Luthe and Dr. Susan Gitau.

This particular course is offered thanks to the support of a grant through the “Compassion Corps”. Therefore, as participant, you will be requested to participate in an evaluation after the course for future offerings. We would also like to get your permission to later use your image or short recordings of how the course served you. The program is planned to start on Friday, January 28th.
