This is a Mindful Self-Compassion (8-week program) provided to the general public, organized by the Cetnre on Behavioral Health, HKU. The program is conducted in-person by Dr. Adrian Wan (but might have the possibility to change to online mode, or hybrid mode depending on the situation of the COVID-19). The program is conducted in Cantonese (Friday evenings, 7pm-10pm at the Centre on Behavioral Health, HKU)
