This is an exciting new two-day workshop, where we will present the core skills of the 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) training, an empirically-supported program designed to cultivate self-compassion using guided meditations and every day practices. You will be provided with essential tools to relate with yourself as your own best friend, in a kind, compassionate way whenever you suffer, fail, or feel inadequate. This workshop is targeted to the general public as well as professionals.
