In this one day workshop I will cover the basic skills and meditations from the MSC course. It is a wonderful way to begin, re-invigorate, or re-kindle your self-compassion practice. We will explore the three components necessary for Mindful Self-Compassion with short presentations, group work, discussions, and guided meditation practice. As well as discuss how Mindfulness and Self-Compassion can be applied to our daily life. Groups are kept small to foster safety and comfort for all participants. You do not need to have taken the 8-week or intensive course before attending this workshop.
