Mindful Self-Compassion is an empirically-supported skill development program for cultivation of self-compassion in our daily life. It is based on the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff, Ph.D. and Christopher Germer, Ph.D. Please join me on an adventure that will braid together loving-kindness, common humanity, and compassion into a skill set to help us meet ourselves moment to moment.
