Mindful Self Compassion is designed to give you a toolbox of practices and exercises to meet life from a place of resourcefulness and strength so you can grow from the challenges that you encounter, and most importantly thrive!

Join us for a full Mindful Self Compassion course online – via Zoom – over 2 1/4 hours per week on a Sunday for ten weeks!

The course will be facilitated by Carolin Grampp who is a highly skilled and certified MSC teacher with years of experience in facilitating practices live and online going back long before Covid-19.

This online adaptation of the Mindful Self Compassion course will present the MSC curriculum over ten weekly live sessions including an extended retreat session. In addition, there will be facilitated opportunities for interaction amongst participants in between sessions, video feedback recordings as well as audio recordings of key practices along with additional source references.

The intention of this offering is to bring MSC to you, wherever you are right now in a way that is safe for you and yours. Most of us have experienced working online in recent times and as much as it can be challenging, it is also a means to connect in a heartfelt way.

Everyone is welcome! Meditation experience is optional.

We will meet on Sunday evenings between 7pm-9.15pm CET which is 6pm-8.15pm GMT, 1pm-3.15pm EDT and 10am-12.15pm PDT and hope this time will allow people from across the world to come together to practice Mindful Self-Compassion!

The course begins on 24 January 2021 and finishes on 28 March 2021 with a longer retreat on 7 March 2021 in Week 7.

Important Note: Completing this course meets the MSC course attendance requirements for those who want to become MSC teachers.

Course rate: €375

Bonus: Those who sign up three or more weeks before the course begin will receive a free copy of the workbook. Those who sign up after must purchase their own copy of “The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook: A Proven Way to Accept Yourself, Build Inner Strength, and Thrive” by Kristen Neff and Christopher Germer. Ownership of this book is a requirement as it will be used as source reference for preparation and follow up throughout the course.
