An event every week that begins at 12:00 am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
This evening drop-in class is designed for those who have completed a Self-Compassion/Compassion course (e.g. MSC, MBCL) or have an existing compassion practice.
Each week Maya will explore a different topic from Mindful Self-Compassion in more detail (such as Forgiveness, Compassionate Break etc.), and lead a guided meditation and discussion. Maya is also welcome to suggestions of topics people are interested in, so please let us know the week before the class if there is something you wish to be covered.
These self-compassion classes are a chance to keep up with your compassion practice, explore topics from your courses in more detail and connect with other fellow minds. We hope to see you there!
