This workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn about Mindful Self- Compassion for Teens & Young Adults.
It is suitable for all people who work and/or live with teenagers and young adults. Participants will directly experience self-compassion and learn practices that cultivate self-compassion in daily life.
No prior experience of mindfulness or meditation is required to participate in this workshop.
