The group is for those who have completed a Mindful Self Compassion Course (or similar) and those who have completed an 8 week mindfulness course who are also interested in exploring compassion-based practices. The aim is to support practice and build a warm, loving and creative community.
Dates for 2022. Feb 28th, March 10th, April 4th, May 9th, June 27th July 4th, September 26th, October 3rd, November 7th, December 5th
Please note: sessions are usually Monday evening but not all, so please check. 7-8 pm. The final session of the year is 1.30 mins.
