In this intensive training workshop you will be presented with evidence-based strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, pain and other conditions but as well you will be introduced to new powerful micro self-care practices. The aim of the workshops is two-fold: firstly, to enhance professional skills and secondly, to apply self-care practices so that at the end of the workshop you feel refreshed and revitalized.
