This course will help you discover and tap into powerful human strengths. It’s practical and includes skills you can apply in your daily life. It’s scientifically supported and is built on the basic resources humans possess. Each person has the capacity for kindness and resilience which can empower participants to respond to the stresses and difficulties of their lives with a kind, connected presence. In this course, participants cultivate skills of self-compassion with experiential exercises and practices they can apply in their daily lives. The course is limited to 15 adults to ensure personalized attention.
