Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. This upcoming orientation session will give you the opportunity to learn more about Mindful Self-Compassion, understand the benefits of cultivating a Self-Compassion practice, and try out a few foundational practices. Following the orientation, participants will have the opportunity to enroll in the full 8-week program if they wish to do so.
