We are running a special New Year MSC Full Course Semi-Intensive to help start your year with a self-compassion boost!
The New Year is traditionally a time for resolutions. We like to think of it more as an opportunity to reset our personal compass. What better way to bring my heart and mind into alignment than by soaking in the wisdom teachings of Mindful Self-Compassion.
This course is open to newbies ready to embrace MSC skills for the first time AND for Graduates who would like to invest in their emotional and mental health by re-sitting. All our participants that resit the course always share how valuable and insightful it has been for them and how much they heard “as if for the first time!”
We appreciate time is precious. Demands on our time are high, our responsibilities to support our family and friends have increased and many of us need to work longer hours to meet the increasing workloads. This is why I have created a kinder alternative to the 5 Day Intensive. We will meet for one session a day over 3 weekends.
We will have one session each day, Friday, Saturday and Sunday so that you have time to enjoy your weekend AND enjoy practising MSC. This will leave you space to integrate the teachings, more so than the 5 day intensive, but give you the intensive boost you may really want to start your New Year.

Friday 20, Saturday 21, Sunday 22 January
Friday 27, Saturday 28 January,
Friday 03, Saturday 04, Sunday 05 February
TIME: 6-9pm GMT
We will offer a beautiful experiential RETREAT:

TIME: 3-6.30pm GMT
I will be teaching with the lovely Liz Walker and together we will guide you through each of the modules in a caring and spacious manner.
