The price of this course can be applied towards the price of the full 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course.
In this workshop you will learn some of the core skills of the mindful self-compassion training. This workshop is deeply experiential and you will learn how to cultivate self-compassion using meditation, daily life practices and reflection exercises. You will also be able to tie your own experience of the exercises to an understanding of the science and theory behind self-compassion.
As a part of this workshop you will receive a recording of two of the key mindful self-compassion practices to support your continued practice.
