Join this on-site 8-week journey into learning the skills of self-compassion! The extensive research, much of it done by Dr. Kristin Neff, is resoundingly positive in the many benefits mindful self-compassion can bring to our lives. Being self-compassionate improves our internal relationship with ourselves, our relationship with others, our ability to enjoy the small things in life, and provides many work advantages as well.
