Take refuge in silent mindfulness and compassion practices in the beautiful, natural setting of the Gaia Wellness Retreat in Low, Quebec, Canada.
From 9am to 4pm Sunday January 27, 2019 participants will cultivate mindfulness in the beautiful Northern boreal forest at the peaceful Gaia Wellness Retreat Center. The day of mindfulness practice will include foundational mindfulness practices to support the awakening of the heart, embodied practices of mindful walking (weather permitting), a delicious vegetarian lunch, and an afternoon dharma talk.
All group practices will be offered with gentle guidance an experienced and IMTA certified professional mindfulness teacher.
