This one day experiential retreat is an opportunity to let go of the rushing thoughts, your to-do lists and your busy mind to fully recharge your personal batteries prior to the lead up to Christmas.
You will have the opportunity to rest deeply, listen compassionately to your own needs, give yourself what you need and empower yourself with tried and tested tools that will help ease the stress of the festive season.
This one day retreat will be held at Kind Mind Academy Therapy room in Carshalton Beeches, Surrey. There are no pre-requisites to attend; no previous meditation, mindfulness or self-compassion practice experience needed to enjoy this retreat. Whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned veteran, this one day retreat will provide the space for you to give yourself what you need.
A lovely home-made vegetarian lunch and all refreshments are provided as part of this retreat. Only 10 places available.
