An event every month that begins at 4:00 pm on day First of the month, repeating indefinitely
This group is open to any one that wishes to practice Mindfulness & Self Compassion, either as a beginner or someone very established in your practice. The session will consist of a guided meditation, a group inquiry, a short discussion, followed by another guided meditation. The intention is to create an on-going community of Mindfulness, Self-kindness and Compassion practitioners so that we can support each other in our practice and have a place to connect, share and feel united.
Cost: pay by donation (suggested amount $10-$20)
Taught in English, with bilingual discussion format (english/french). Please contact Emily to make sure this monthly drop in is taking place.
