MSC meditation retreats are an opportunity to allow yourself to deepen your relationship to the practice of self-compassion and ultimately to yourself. Over 3 hours, you are guided through a series of walking, seated, resting, and eating mindful self-compassion practices. I will be offering three of these in the fall months for anyone who has completed the 8-week MSC group.
