Learn how to respond to difficult moments in your lives with kindness, care, and understanding through this experiential introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). Through discussions, short exercise, guided meditations, and participants’ own reflections and questions, participants will learn to bring self-compassion into daily life, handle difficult emotions with greater ease, and interact with kindness rather than criticism.
