Being Together: A FREE Online Mindful Self-Compassion Retreat for the BIPOC Community

The Center for Mindful Self-Compassion Circles of Practice – Public Offering is honored to offer this space for the BIPOC community.  This is a special opportunity to practice together as a community with wise teachers to guide the practices for personal growth, healing, and resilience. 

This is space is for people who claim BIPOC identity and not for allies, please.

Circles of Practice Public BIPOC (no allies please) Silent Mini-Retreat Teachers

8 am PT Sydney Spears
9 am PT Laila Narsi
10 am PT Dina Abou Aish

Each teacher will teach and guide mindful self-compassion practices for 45 minutes.  The community will repose in silence in between each teaching, to share and absorb the nourishing energy of being together.  When you register below, you’ll receive a confirmation with the zoom link and important information about the retreat- please hold onto that email!
