Many of us know how to be patient, understanding and kind towards others when they experience failures and difficulties, but how do we meet ourselves when we are the ones struggling?
This is the question that the Mindful Self-Compassion program explores, including what patterns we are currently living in and what we can do to create new patterns of thought and behavior that allow us to meet OURSELVES with kindness, patience and understanding when we are meeting difficulty including failures, loss and mistakes.
Over the summer Erin Flanagan & Rosie Sultan, both Trained MSC teachers, will be offering the Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion. This program meets for only one hour weekly for six weeks. This amounts to almost 20 fewer hours on screen compared to the standard 8 week program.
