We are living through some unpredictable, changing, and challenging time, especially in 2020. It feels more important now then before to take care of ourselves to manage the stress, intense emotions, economic hardships, difficulty in relationships, and sometimes trauma.
Self-Compassion provides emotional strength and resilience, allowing us to admit our shortcomings, forgive ourselves, relate to others and be more authentically ourselves.

Laila Narsi, LCSW, CMMT is a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher as well as a Mindful Self-Compassion for Teens (MSC-T is a course in MSC for Teens) Trained Teacher. In addition, she is Psychotherapist in private practice since 1997 specializing in stress, trauma, and mood. Ms. Narsi has been teaching mindfulness since 2000 and trained in MSC in 2014 directly by Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer who are the founders of Mindful Self-Compassion. In 2019, she received her Certification as Mindfulness Meditation Teacher directly by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
