The 8-Week MSC Workshop provides the opportunity to gain experience in the practices of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion by deepening your own wisdom through an emphasis on practice. The Workshop meets for 8 weekly sessions, with an extended Retreat Day (10/10/2020). Each 2 1/2 hour weekly session incorporates hands-on activities and exposure to the concepts of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion.
Participants will receive a free copy of “The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook” (August 2018) by Drs. Neff and Germer. Mindful Self Compassion is a great follow up to any other Mindfulness program (MBSR, Mindful Eating etc.).
Tuition is $370 (includes workbook). Funding and payment plans are available.
We are able to offer 24 Continuing Education Credits for Mental Health Professionals (additional fee of $65).
