Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), as developed by Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff, is an evidence-based training program designed to cultivate emotional resilience through the skill of self-compassion.
Marcia Burton, Certified MSC Teacher, and MSC Teacher-Training Practicum Teacher, will be offering this online event. It includes 8 live, interactive sessions of 2.5 hours each, from 4pm-6:30 (PST). There will be an additional half day mini-retreat session, date TBD.
The fee for this course is $425 Canadian and it covers all tuition and GST taxes. Tuition is payable in Canadian dollars, via e-transfer, Paypal, or transferwise. CEU credits are available on request for a nominal fee.
Tuition does not include the recommended course reading, “The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook: The Proven Way to Build Inner Strength and Thrive”, by Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff. This can be purchased at most book stores or online.
Please register by contacting Marcia directly: marciaburton369@gmail.com
This course will be limited to a maximum of 12 participants, so please book early! There are a couple of bursary places available for those with limited financial resources, or for those from countries whose currency is valued to make the Canadian fees difficult to manage.
