This is a shortened version of the 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course. There are 6 classes, each 1.5 hours in length. This course is for anyone who isn’t sure they are ready to dive into the full immersion offered in the 8-week class but knows they want to know more about how to be mindfully self-compassionate. The classes will be on Sundays from 2:00 – 3:30 central time for six consecutive Sundays: Aug 9, 16, 23, 30, and September 6, 13, 2020. Co-Teacher is Mary Marcdante, a Stress Management and Communication expert, author and MSC Teacher-in-Training.

2. Practicing Self-Compassion
3. Discovering Your Compassionate Voice
4. Self-Compassion and Resilience
5. Self-Compassion and Burnout
6. Making It Count
The class will be small (8-20 participants). There will be opportunities to ask questions, discuss your experience with the practices and creatively make the practices work for you through shared experience. The classes are experiential, interactive with didactic topics, exercises, and practices. The classes will be held online.
