This is a daylong retreat which utilizes as its foundation the Mindful Self-Compassion material in a more condensed manner. Because the world is sudden just now, and because people are not always able to attend a series of classes/trainings nor extended retreats, this offering will allow participants to do a deep dive into the Mindful Self-Compassion practices within a framework of silence and meditation in order to build resiliency, increase self-tending, and to build skill-sets to use in daily life.
