This group meets weekly to practice and enrich their learning and growing in mindfulness and self-compassion.
Pre-requisites are either MBSR or MSC 8 week corse completed and a regular meditation practice. Newcomers and returning students are welcome if committed to rebooting their daily practice.
This is a secular group of likeminded people who are dedicated to maintaining a safe and compassionate space fro everyone.
