This one day experiential retreat is an opportunity to let go of the rushing thoughts, the to-do lists and busy mind to fully recharge your personal batteries. You will have the opportunity to rest deeply, listen compassionately to your own needs, give yourself what you need and empower yourself with tried and tested tools that will help ease your stress.
Discover how simple mindfulness and self-compassion practices can reduce stress, reduce anxiety and reduce depression. Learn simple and proven techniques to increase happiness, increase your optimism and increase your well-being.
This one day retreat will be held in a wonderful Yurt, nestled in a delicious beautiful residential garden. There are no pre-requisites to attend; no previous meditation, mindfulness or self-compassion experience is needed to enjoy this retreat. Whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned veteran, this one day retreat will provide the space for you to give yourself what you need.
A lovely home-made vegetarian lunch and all refreshments are provided as part of the retreat.
