Our book clubbers love COMING TOGETHER AND SHARING THEIR INSIGHTS AND CHALLENGES as they read a few chapters a week and return with questions and awareness of their growth and opportunities for growth!

Whilst we have a steady and dependable structure, we allow the content to carry us to unchartered lands. We never quite know what revelations might be unearthed, but one thing we do know for sure, it will undoubtedly ENHANCE OUR SELF-COMPASSION PRACTICE, DEVELOP OUR UNDERSTANDING AND DEEPEN OUR COMPASSIONATE RELATIONSHIP WITH OURSELVES.
We are reading Steve Hickman’s SELF-COMPASSION FOR DUMMIES at the moment, but if there is another self-compassion book you would like to read with the comradery of very good company, why not get in touch and we can add you to our waitlist for our next book club. Each club is 12 weeks long and we meet online at 7 pm UK time for 2 hours.
