We are living in challenging, changing and unpredictable times.
Taking care of our emotional health is important, especially when we are physically distancing and perhaps experiencing the stress of uncertainty, isolation, angst, fear, economic hardship, relationship struggles and illness.
Kristy Williams (MD) and Victoria Pawlowski (R.C.C, M.Ed.) are offering drop in online gatherings to introduce you to some core Mindful Self-Compassion practices, free of charge. We will share with you a sense of how you could use mindfulness and self-compassion to support yourself and your community during these trying times.
