The Mindful Self-Compassion short course is a fantastic opportunity for busy people to cultivate the skill of self-compassion.
The course is taught online with a maximum of 14 participants, so that everyone receives the right level of space, input and support.
Self-compassion provides emotional strength and resilience. Latest research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional wellbeing, reduced anxiety, depression and stress and maintenance of healthy habits.
Previous participants have been delighted with the well-planned, thoughtful programme which has had such a positive effect on their ability to cope with stress and anxiety in such a relatively short period of time.
The course will be taught using UK time.
