During these six weeks we’ll learn skills to work with difficult emotions like fear, anger, and anxiety.  Regular practice of these included meditations, both during class and recorded for the week’s practice, will help with calming the anxious mind, quieting the harsh inner critic, and cultivating a positive, healthy attitude.  Daily life becomes easier and more pleasant.
