The Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion (SC-MSC) program is a 6-week course which draws on the skills of mindfulness and focuses on developing the resource of self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional wellbeing. The SC-MSC was developed to teach a targeted set of Mindful Self-Compassion practices in the midst of the current global pandemic.
Tuesdays, 7 – 9 pm ET, June 8 – 22, 2021.
The course will be offered virtually via Zoom over three weeks, with two hour sessions each week.
Sliding scale registration offered. Registration includes course sessions and a course handout booklet.

Defining and practicing self-compassion
Discovering your compassionate voice
Self-compassion and resilience
Self-compassion and burnout
Alignment between our values and our lives.
The course will provide a small group experience with up to 16 participants.
