Develop a kind and supportive relationship with yourself fueled by compassion and mindfulness.

Self-Compassion is a skill anyone can learn. You can develop and grow healthy mental habits to support yourself through challenging times.

After participating in this program, you’ll be able to:

Motivate yourself with kindness instead of using your critical voice

Handle difficult emotions with greater ease

Transform challenging relationships

Manage fatigue & overwhelm by setting healthy boundaries

Practice the art of savoring and self-appreciation
