In this program, Chris offers an exploration of the yin and yang of self-compassion—being with ourselves in a kind way and taking decisive action in the world. Then, he introduces a new understanding of shame, an emotion that arises from the universal wish to be loved. When we reconnect with this wish, shame loses its grip.
