Yikes! If the idea of Valentine’s Day brings stomach churning sensations, fills you with nausea at the sickly sweet syrup gushing through social media or if the capitalistic approach to love leaves you feeling cold, then here at Kind Mind HQ we have the solution!
We are hosting a one-off, self-love special, bringing self kindness and self-compassion in to focus.
Joking aside, Valentine’s day can bring up all sorts of personal suffering – feelings of inadequacy, feelings of being unlovable, especially if we are not in a relationship, feelings of being flawed because we don’t fit the romantic stereotype and so on.
We hope to bring some comfort to anyone who finds February 14th a difficult day or if you’d simply like to give yourself some extra kind attention. Whether you are in a happy, healthy relationship or not, let’s embrace this day to deepen the most important relationship you’ll ever have – the one with yourself.
During the session we will be enjoying meditation practice, participating in a self-reflection exercise and sharing our experiences and enjoying very good (common humanity) company!
