Time: Tuesdays 9 AM – 9:45 AM PT
During this practice session we do different experiential self-compassion practices together. We explore different types of meditations, reflection exercises, journaling and group discussions. The focus is on deeply feel the effects of the practices in our bodies and in our being.
Come as you are. Sometimes we might have group check-ins as it can be very reassuring to hear what others are going through, but always feel free to just listen. Above all this is a moment of nurturing and inner rest.
