A portion of your gift will directly support scholarships for people who would not otherwise be able to attend a self-compassion training or program. Thank you!

In addition, you will be supporting programs to:

  • Train people to teach the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program around the globe

  • Offer self-compassion training directly through programs such as Live Online MSC, MSC for teens, and Self-Compassion for Health-Care Communities

  • Develop new trainings tailored for historically marginalized communities, parents, young children, and educators

  • Offer free daily public self-compassion meditation sessions
