The Center for Mindful Self Compassion (CMSC) recognizes the tremendous life-saving contributions healthcare workers are making and the resulting stress they are experiencing during the coronavirus Covid-19 crisis. Compassionate and consistent self-care, even in small doses, is so important to mental health, especially for professional caregivers on the frontline with little time for themselves.
Below is a list of self-compassion-based online resources assembled specifically for health-care workers including live and recorded meditations, group and individual coaching and therapy, inspirational videos and poetry, and instructional classes and courses. Many resources are free during this crisis, some are fee-based. All are focused on strengthening your resiliency and keeping you healthy and inspired.
