My self-compassion practice is something I always circle back to. It is so gentle, yet so impactful. It melts my heart and helps me find that tender place within, over and over again.

I hold a PhD in Management and Organization, where I focused on Positive Organizational Psychology and did my PhD research on mindfulness in the organizational setting. My post-doc research focuses on the effects on mindful self-compassion in team work. I
I have taught mindfulness and mindful-self compassion both in the organizational context, to college students and privately.

I started my meditation practice 2012 and I have since explored the world of meditation near and far. After I completed my PhD in 2019 I spent 2 years living at an Ashram/Intentional meditation community in California and focused on practicing and teaching more traditional forms of meditation. After a very busy academic time, living in nature, farming, homesteading and meditating brought a much needed balance.

Having explored several different forms of meditation, I am always touched by the power of mindful-self compassion and I am looking forward to together diving deep into this sacred practice.
