With the MSC course, my aim is to support you to unleash your own resources and strengths, while developing emotional well-being, reducing anxiety or stress, maintaining healthy habits and satisfying relationships, guiding you through exercises tapping into your own wisdom, and give you tools toward creating positive change for yourself.
